Return & Refund Policies
We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below:
- Return Period - You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item.
- Return Location - All returns and exchanges must be done in person at our store in Shuwaikh.
- Product Condition - Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as delivered.
- Refund Process - Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Delivery charges paid during the original order will not be refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window - Orders can be canceled within one hour of placement by sending us a message via the WhatsApp button on our homepage.
- Post-Delivery Cancellations - Once an order has been delivered, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may return the item following our standard return policy.
